THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND Webtrent Technology ("Webtrent") OF THE WEB DESIGN TEMPLATES IDENTIFIED ABOVE ("DESIGN TEMPLATE"). DO NOT CONTINUE IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL TERMS. 


PERMISSION 
You are granted to copy and download the DESIGN TEMPLATE provided that the use of such DESIGN TEMPLATE is solely for personal, non-commercial and informational use and will not be copied or posted on any networked computer or broadcast in any media, except as explicitly permitted by valid license covering such materials. This permission terminates automatically without notice if You breach any of these terms or conditions. Upon termination, You must immediately destroy any downloaded and printed DESIGN TEMPLATE.  

OWNERSHIP. 
The design template is owned by Webtrent. Components owned by other parties are either freeware or licensed to Webtrent. The design template is protected by national and international copyright and other laws. You may not remove or alter any notice of copyright or other proprietary rights. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the DESIGN TEMPLATE, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. You may not rent or lease the DESIGN TEMPLATE. Without prejudice to any other rights, WEBTRENT may terminate this agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the DESIGN TEMPLATE and all of its component parts. Your right to use the design template terminates automatically if you violate any part of this agreement. 

WARRANTY AND LIABILITY.
WEBTRENT HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE DESIGN TEMPLATE. THIS DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY EXTENDS TO ANY AND ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT WILL WEBTRENT OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST REVENUE, PROFIT OR DATA, OR FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, RELATING TO THE USE, DOWNLOAD, DISTRIBUTION OF OR INABILITY TO USE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF WEBTRENT OR ITS LICENSORS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE DESIGN TEMPLATE IS PROVIDED "AS IS."
